To say that purchasing and mortgaging a condo for my disabled brother was a challenge would be an understatement. His options were few, his ability to pay was limited and obstacles thrown in his path by a careless and somewhat negligent mortgage organization, made Karen’s job exceptionally challenging. She was always up to the task. Her ability to be patient, to show perseverance and find the people needed to complete the transaction were signs of a true professional! She never gave up. She was never intimidated. She was always thoughtful and caring. She was kind, gentle and helpful to my brother. She always kept me informed by phone, texts and emails, and accomplished it with my being 1400 miles away. She was on top of every detail. Every time an obstacle was thrown in my brother’s path, she found a solution and did it quickly. I will be forever indebted to her for the sacrifices she made and the devotion she displayed to make sure we found and closed on the first property my brother has ever owned. He is 61 years old and the experience was daunting. Yet, she made it happen and our family will be forever grateful that she never lost hope and overcame multiple difficulties.
